Did you know the first Oktoberfest was celebrated in Munich on October 12, 1810 in honor of Prince Ludwig’s marriage to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. The party was such a success that the happy couple decided to make it an annual tradition. Since then, Oktoberfest-mania really took off, and today over 6 million people attend Munich Oktoberfest each year. So what’s on tap for everyone’s favorite sudsy holiday around LA? Having mastered well over 1000 film titles, tuning and designing countless mixing studio audio reproduction systems, Trevor decided that just wasn’t enough work on his plate and HiDef Brewing was born. The name Hidef and hophead headphones logo is a nod to his life experiences and passions.
