The Bo Ssäm Meal, which feeds up to eight people, features whole bone-in smoked & glazed pork butt; ssäm (bibb lettuces, perilla leaf) and condiments: ssamjang, ginger scallion, escabeche, hoisin and kimchi. The Bo Ssäm Feast, which feeds 8-12 people, includes the whole bone-in pork butt, ssäm and condiments. The spread includes kimchi apple salad, grilled greens with xo dressing, bing buns with hot honey butter, potato mash with raclette cheese sauce, and white rice. Save room for pandan pie with coconut whip. Reheating and serving instructions are included.
